Anglo Arab Trading

Advanced aesthetic technology and clinical skincare for clinics across the UAE and the Gulf.

We supply aesthetic clinics, dermatology practices, wellness clinics and hospitals. A partnership with us is not a delivery and an invoice. It is installation, training your team on your own patients, a treatment menu built around what you already offer, a two year warranty, and a three month marketing programme designed to fill the diary from the day you open the doors.

See it in your own clinic

The quickest way to judge LDM®® Triple is to feel it. Our team brings a device to your clinic and treats whoever you choose: you, a member of your team, or a patient who agrees to act as a model. You see the handpieces, the settings and the protocols, and your team handles the device themselves rather than watching a screen.

A session runs twenty to thirty minutes. There is no downtime afterwards, so a demonstration fits inside a working day and your model can go straight back to work.

CLINIC PARTNERSHIPS

What a partnership includes

Every LDM®® Triple sale in the UAE includes the following as standard.

Installation and commissioning

We deliver the device, set it up in your treatment room and check it is working as it should before we leave.

On-site clinical training

Training happens in your clinic, on real skin, with the protocols your team will actually use. Certificates are issued on completion.

Treatment menu integration

We work through where the device sits in your existing menu, how to price a course rather than a single session, and how to introduce it at consultation. Results come from course adherence, so the menu is built around a course from the start.

Two year warranty

Every UAE LDM®® Triple is supplied with a two year warranty, the same term as the UK, alongside technical support for the life of the device.

OUR PORTFOLIO

The portfolio

LDM®® Triple is the centre of what we do in the UAE. Alongside it we supply recovery technology and two clinical skincare ranges that work as homecare between appointments.

LDM®® Triple

Regenerative ultrasound, no consumables, no downtime

LDM®® Triple is built by Wellcomet in Germany and uses Local Dynamic Micromassage, an ultrasound technique that alternates between frequencies every one to ten milliseconds. Each frequency works at a different level. 19 MHz works in the upper 1 to 2mm of the skin, 10 MHz to around 3mm at the boundary between the dermis and the fat beneath it, 3 MHz through the full subcutaneous fat layer to around 20mm, and 1 MHz deeper again, into fascia and muscle.

There are no cartridges, tips or consumables. The only thing a treatment uses is ultrasound gel, so the cost of a session does not change with the number of patients you put through it. Treatments are non-thermal, which is why they carry no downtime and can be given alongside laser, RF microneedling, injectables and HIFU rather than instead of them.

Where clinics use it. Acne and acne scarring, rosacea and couperose, eczema and chronic dermatoses, sensitive and reactive skin, skin ageing and skin tightening, barrier repair and hydration, cellulite, oedema and bruising, wound healing, and recovery after aesthetic and surgical procedures. In a survey of forty dermatology and aesthetic clinics, each clinic used the device across an average of nine of nineteen treatment indications often or very often (Chervinskaya IG, Gaidash NV, Kruglikov IL, Kosmetische Medizin 2026, issue 1; the third author is managing partner of Wellcomet).

Evidence. In a two-centre study of mild to severe acne vulgaris scored by nine blinded independent dermatologists, mean improvement was 73.7 per cent from baseline to the end of treatment, rising to 90.1 per cent at follow-up (Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology 2025;24(2):e16672). In a cellulite case series of twenty women given eight to ten sessions, severity scores fell from 2.22 to 1.18 after treatment and to 0.84 at follow-up (Clinical Cosmetic and Investigational Dermatology 2024;17:2779-2794). After rhinoseptoplasty, patients treated daily for five days from the first day after surgery had oedema for 1.9 days against 4.5 in the control group and bruising for 2.8 days against 7.4; this study used dual-frequency LDM® (Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology 2024;23(3):830-838).

LDM®® Triple is classified by the UAE Emirates Drug Establishment as a medical device, restricted to use by licensed healthcare professionals and supplied only to licensed healthcare facilities.

AFTER THE LAUNCH PERIOD

Ongoing support

Support does not stop when the campaign does.

TREATMENT PATHWAYS

How the portfolio works together

Four common pathways, each pairing an in-clinic treatment with homecare a patient continues between appointments. Treatment suitability is always a matter for the treating clinician.

Acne and inflammation

In clinic

LDM®® Triple, LED, professional facials and peels.

At home

The Skin Diary for barrier support and daily SPF.

Why it works together

The inflammatory picture is addressed in clinic while the barrier is kept intact between sessions.

Sensitive and rosacea-prone skin

In clinic

LDM®® Triple, alone or alongside gentle laser.

At home

Barrier-focused skincare and daily SPF, which matters in this climate.

Why it works together

Reactivity is calmed without the aggressive step that sensitive skin tends not to tolerate.

Skin rejuvenation and ageing

In clinic

RF microneedling, laser, injectables and skin tightening, with LDM®® Triple before and after to support comfort and recovery.

At home

Night Repair Therapy and Age Defence SPF 50+.

Why it works together

The visible recovery patients dislike most about the procedures they already book is shortened.

Eye area

In clinic

Professional eye treatments and LDM®® Triple, kept below the orbital rim and never over the eyeball.

At home

Dr Sabrina for hydration, dark circles and under-eye skin quality.

Why it works together

A single eye treatment becomes a plan a patient can follow.

Treatment suitability and treatment pathways should always be assessed by qualified professionals based on individual patient needs and clinical judgement.
